Product Return Guidelines

At MidasGB, we understand that there may be different reasons why you may seek a refund or return an item(s). 
Below are some of the most common reasons for cancellations and refunds:
Change of mind
Delayed delivery
Item out of stock
Item not appropriate
Not satisfied with the product quality
Not satisfied with the service
Item not available
We adhere to fair trading practices and would never hold back customer funds or refuse to accept a return inappropriately. We want our customers to have complete peace of mind and we do not restrict their statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel your order before the item is delivered to you, simply send us an email at customerservice@midasgb.co.uk.  You do not need to give any reasons for the cancellation. 
Once we receive your request, we will cancel your order and refund your funds within 7 to 30 days.
Essential criteria
Items must be returned in their original or appropriate packaging. We may refuse to cancel the pick-up if the items are not adequately packed.
There will be a pick-up charge of £89, which will be deducted from the amount you have paid for the goods within 7 to 21 working days.
There will be no pick-up charge if you are returning the goods due to damage, wrong or incomplete delivery.
Please note that the mode of refund will be the same as the mode of payment at the time of placing your order. We cannot issue a refund to a different account.
Return Protocols
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please report it to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. It is important that you retain the packaging as we may require photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy on the item in question in order to arrange a free-of-cost replacement.
You have fourteen (14) working days to return an item for any reason. However, please note that made-to-order furniture cannot be returned. For clearance items too, we do not offer any replacement.
If you wish to return an item(s) for reasons such as not fitting the purpose or changing your mind, a charge of £89 (Eighty Nine Pounds) be deducted from the amount you paid for the item(s) when arranging a collection.
Please note that this policy does not cover mattress covers, mattresses, and pillows due to hygiene reasons. If a mattress is faulty or damaged, we will only be able to replace or repair it. 
Made-to-order furniture is not covered under this policy except in the case of substandard items or damage during transit.
Please be aware that items from certain brands cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun for more information please contact our customer services customerservice@midasgb.co.uk. 
Flat pack furniture that has already been assembled is also not covered under this policy. Delivery charges and other service charges are not covered, and returns cannot be accepted after thirty (30) working days have passed.
