Where do you deliver your products in the UK and worldwide?
MidasGB provides door-to-door delivery for all orders delivered to any location in England.
What are the delivery charges?
MidasGB offers free delivery to customers having their orders delivered to England or Wales.
However, there are certain postcodes and areas that are excluded from this offer.
If you are having your order delivered to far off postcodes, such as PH, KW, PA, and all Scottish Islands, an additional delivery surcharge of £79.99 will be applied, regardless of your order value.
Please note that delivery to these postcodes may take an extra 7 to 14 days.
We are committed to deliver goods to the delivery location within the agreed time period without undue delay. We aim to deliver within 2-5 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
We make every effort to provide free delivery on most products to mainland UK addresses when we use our delivery service. However, in some cases where the order is under £300, we may need to make a small charge for delivery. We strive to keep this charge as low as possible while ensuring to provide a high-quality delivery service.
Please be aware that MidasGB does not deliver to Remote Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, or any offshore islands. We are also unable to deliver to postcodes including BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, PO (30-41), and ZE.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily, or Orkney Island. However, we can deliver your order to the nearest port, and from there, you will need to arrange onward delivery.
Our customers will be able to track their delivery through a tracking number, which allows them to stay up-to-date on their delivery status. In addition, customers will receive regular updates via SMS regarding the progress of their delivery.
What's the expected delivery time for my order?
The estimated delivery time depends on the status of stock and availability. We book pre-orders and forward those to our manufacturing unit for execution.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on leaflet of each product. The products are typically delivered within 2-5 days. Items requiring special finishes or customized ones may take some extra time (2 weeks) to be conveyed to the customers.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery timescales, the longest delivery time should be considered as the estimated delivery time for your order.
Please keep in mind that delivery times mentioned in days on our website mean working days.
Due to any unavoidable reasons, if an item is not delivered within the given timeframe, we will contact you to provide an update.

Next Day Delivery
MidasGB can deliver the products to its customers the very next day of its availability at the store. The service is available against some additional charges that would be conveyed to the customers. The request for next-day delivery would be considered keeping in view the distance from our location and availability of our delivery team.
Deluxe Weekend Delivery
We understand that our customers lead busy lives and may not always be available to receive their deliveries during the week. That's why we're excited to offer weekend delivery services at a small additional cost.
Now you can shop with us and receive your items on a day that's most convenient for you, without having to take time off work or miss important appointments. It's just another way we're making your shopping experience with us even more enjoyable and hassle-free.
How will my delivery be scheduled and carried out?
After your order is prepared for dispatch, our delivery team will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery.
They will provide you with a specific day when they are in your area, as well as a time frame for the delivery's estimated arrival at your address. If you are unable to accept delivery on the scheduled date, our delivery team will be pleased to offer you another date - probably the next day of their visit to your area.
What to expect on the day of delivery?
We understand that delivery day is an exciting time, so please make sure that either you or your trusted person is present to receive your items.
For free standard delivery, your item will be delivered to your door. Please note that our deliveries are carried out by our own vans or third-party courier services. If your property is not easily accessible for our drivers, we may not be able to deliver and a re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
For free door delivery, we can only deliver to the ground level of your building.

Conditions for Deluxe Delivery
MidasGB offers Deluxe Delivery, which is also known as weekend delivery. This delivery service is available for hundreds of products listed on our website, and it can be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays for your convenience throughout England.
